- Airport Authorities, i.e. BAA.
- Airport handling.
- International Air Transport Association (IATA).
- Airfreight companies (IATA only).
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) travelling with the staff member.
- Friends travelling with the staff member.
PERMANENT STAFF SELLING, MARKETING OR PROMOTING TRAVEL & AFFILIATED EMPLOYEES OF: - Cruise line employees.
- Ferry company employees.
- Multiples / independent bonded travel agents (ABTA, ATOL, IATA, TTA, CAA, Global Travel).
- Tour operators.
- GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan).
- Car hire companies.
- Tourist boards.
- Destination management & representation.
- Reservation companies.
- Tour operators (BITOA).
- Hotel & Hotel Reservations companies.
- Foreign exchange (counter staff only).
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) travelling with the staff member.
