- Spouse, dependant children or friends of current employees of passenger airlines travelling in the same suite as airline employees. Exception to this rule: if you have a family of four (4) travelling and there are no quad suites available, you may request 2 suites).
- Parents & parents⿿ in-law of current airline employees travelling with or without the staff members.

PERMANENT STAFF SELLING, MARKETING OR PROMOTING TRAVEL & AFFILIATED EMPLOYEES OF:

- Cruise line employees.
- Ferry company employees.
- Multiples / independent bonded travel agents (ABTA, ATOL, IATA, TTA, CAA, Global Travel).
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of multiples / independent bonded travel agents travelling with/without the staff member (Max 2 rooms).
- Tour operators.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of tour operators travelling with/without the staff member (Max 2 rooms).
- GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan).
- Car hire companies.
- Tourist boards.
- Destination management & representation.
- Reservation companies.
- Tour operators (BITOA).
- Hotel companies.
- Foreign exchange (counter staff only).

A clear photo copy of ID/ proof of employment are required before confirmation of any industry bookings. Please note in case we do not receive a copy prior to payment a full retail rate will be applied.
